The next step is to refine the model / character's neck so that we can attach the head properly in 3D Studio MAX ( 3ds max ). Pull the vertex near the neck as shown to create a hole. Also make it almost at the same height as the shoulders.
This much of detail is sufficient for our female body's torso now. If you want you can add a nipple by refining a set of vertices in a circular shape in the breast of the model / character.
